beads. Handmade bracelets and Buckeye beads are at the
heart of this business. We can provide coordinating necklaces
and earrings as well.

| Placing a custom order Simply send email to me at sacredheartbeads@yahoo.com or call me (614-361-2028) and we can discuss your custom needs. When can I expect to receive my jewelry? Most orders ship within 2 business days, but a 2 day turnaround is not guaranteed. During the holidays, orders may take longer. What are the shipping costs? Usually $3.00 per order. However, larger orders may be $4.00 or $5.00. All orders are shipped USPS unless otherwise requested. What if the bracelet doesn't fit? Return the bracelet within the first 30 days and it will be restrung for free to the approximate size you specify, you only pay shipping and handling. Outside of 30 days, there is a $5.00 per strand fee (plus shipping and handling) to restring/resize your custom jewelry. What if my jewelry breaks? In the unlikely event your bracelet should break within your first 30 days of ownership, I will restring it for free. If your bracelet needs repairs or changes after 30 days of ownership, there is a $5 restringing charge per strand, plus the cost of return shipping and handling. Please email me at sacredheartbeads@yahoo.com to make arrangements to have your bracelet sent back for repairs, I will provide you with all necessary information on how to ship your bracelet, etc. Caring for your bracelet As with all fine jewelry, a well-sealed, lined jewelry box is best. However, I will ship your jewelry in a zip top bag and a soft pouch. This will provide great storage and protection for your jewelry. Use only polishing cloths, not liquid cleaners on your jewelry. Try not to get your jewelry wet. Although I use nylon coated wire to protect the wire from the elements, water can also prematurely tarnish sterling beads and reduce the shine. Customer Privacy Sacred Heart beads does not and will never share customer information. Sacred Heart Beads uses the PayPal payment method to process all payments securely and confidentially. |
